How does it work?

First, we talk.

I’ll ask you questions so I can learn about your business. You’ll share with me what it looks like now and what changes you hope to see.

After our conversation, I’ll create a project proposal describing the specific services I can provide to move you toward your goals. And if I don’t think my skills are a good match for what you need, I’ll be upfront about that.

  • Drive more traffic to your business using tactics that you don’t have to pay for. These may include Search Engine Optimization (SEO), generating more customer reviews and referrals, and anything else that gets your brand out there organically.

  • Make sure that when a potential customer or client visits your website, they’re able to find what they’re looking for easily and feel compelled to take the action you want them to (buy a product, sign up, complete a contact form, etc.) — no matter what device they’re using.

  • Break through the noise of your customers’ inboxes. Send the right messages at the right moments, sparking engagement throughout the customer journey while fostering both new and repeat business.

  • Take advantage of the systems you’re already using to enhance your customer experience. Automatically trigger messages and notifications that keep customers informed and engaged.

  • Clarify your brand voice, and use it consistently across your website, social media, email, ads, landing pages, etc. to strengthen your brand.

  • I have experience in many facets of marketing, in addition to the services listed above. Your proposal will be based on your specific business, needs, and goals.
